About Our Service
In short, we are a team of linguists. We translate contracts, documents, books, websites, etc.

As long as your source document is in any of the languages above, and your target document is also to any of the languages above, WE CAN SERVE YOU.

Pricing
Depening on the language pairs and content of the document, we charge per word at reasonably low price.

Estimate Fee:
- English - Indonesia ( vv) : IDR 250/ word
- English - Japanese ( vv) : IDR 1000/ word
- French - Arabic ( vv) : IDR 1000/ word
- Japanese - English ( vv) : IDR 800/ word

Revisions
You can request a revision of the translation FREE OF CHARGE if:
1. There is any spelling error.
2. Word( s) in the translation is/ are not correct or using wrong terminology.
3. Sentence( s) in the translation is/ are not correct or have different meaning than in the source document.
4. Sentence( s) has/ have confusing meaning.

However, we reserve the right to decline any revisions if:
1. Revision is based on speaker/ writer language styles
2. Sentence( s) in the source document is/ are not using proper grammar or format or there is any spelling error in the source document
3. Word( s) in the source document is/ are using different language or derived from other language than specified as the source language ( example: medical document in English may contains words in Latin which might not be translated properly)
4. Request for revision is submitted more than 48 hours of delivery.

Discount
We offer generous discount for any student who wishes to translate documents related to his/ her study. We will request for some valid supporting documents to claim the discount. Please contact us for details.

Ways to Send Translation
Using Our Courier Service ( Denpasar Only)
1. Call us at the number below.
2. We will ask for your name, organization or company, and address. We also ask some questions related to the document to make an estimate fee.
3. We will schedule a document pick-up within the next 2 business days.
4. Upon document pick-up, you will have to pay for a deposit at 50% of our estimate.
5. Upon translation completed, we will call to make arrangement for handing over the result and payment of the remaining fee.
6. Additional IDR 10, 000 per visit will be charged.

Send your documents online
1. Please prepare your documents in PDF, Text, RTF, HTML, Microsoft Office or OpenOffice format. We also recommend you to compress the documents using compression tools such as WinZip, WinRAR or similar tools.
2. Email the documents to us. Please include additional information regarding your intended language pairs, topic of the documents, expected delivery, expected format, etc.
3. We will call you or send you email to confirm your documents and make an estimate fee.
4. A minimum deposit at 50% of our estimate is required to commence the translation
5. Upon translation completed, we will call or send email to inform you and make arrangements for the hand over and remaining payment.

How to Make Payment
We accept PayPal, Western Union, and Bank Transfer. You will need to confirm your payment at our number or by sending us email.
